HP Recommended

My LaserJet Pro MFP M428dw is not printing documents and was displaying a blue screen error code B8E41DBA until I unplugged it from the wall for two minutes. Since I unplugging it, the error message has not re-appeared, but it still won't print. The firmware is up-to-date. what can I do to make it print?
