Product: HP Officejet 4630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP Officejet 4630 will not power up.  I have followed the trouble shooting steps regarding the power cord, power supply, etc. and it will not power up.  I do have power to the power supply as the light is on.  I have also purchased a new power supply module and still it will not power up.

 

I believe it may be an issue with the power button itself.  Yet, I do not how to fix this.

 

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

The parts on the printer are not replaceable, If you have already performed the steps from the document  Printer Does Not Turn On and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
