Does the prints fine from the other application?

Open an excel sheet, click on the file, and then click print. Once it is open, click on a page set up in the very bottom.

Once it is opened, click on the sheet tab, then put a check mark before Grid-lines, and then select "as displayed on sheet" under comments.

Once done, click on "OK".
