I have the Deskjet 2655 printer. both the ink cartridges are full but it isn't printing. when you turn it on it is supposed to print blocks so you know that the ink is working and it's not doing that. it's sucking in the paper and making noises like it's printing but then the paper comes out plain. I've tried restarting it and that didn't fix anything. I've replaced both ink cartridges in case they were damaged and that didn't work. It is connected to wifi and everything is set up correctly as far as I know but it doesn't print out any ink.

@lizidillett, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the printer is printing blank pages. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Use HP ink cartridges. Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to identify the defective ink cartridge.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing
If the issue persists even after replacing the ink cartridges, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer.
Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
