The error code "ui-2334" on your Samsung Xpress SL-M2880FW printer indicates a problem with the user interface. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue.

 

Power Cycle:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Firmware Update:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer on the Samsung support website.
  • If an update is available, follow the instructions provided to update the firmware.

Reset to Factory Defaults:

  • Access the printer's control panel or menu.
  • Navigate to the settings or maintenance menu.
  • Look for an option to reset the printer to factory defaults.
  • Confirm the action and restart the printer.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open all access doors and check for any paper jams or obstructions.
