Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Error code OX83C0000A- HP DESKJET INK ADVANTAGE 3545- Only able to remove one cartridge as its stuck and not moving.

I Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall, Wait for 3mins and  Plug the power cord back into the printer and the  wall,  No resolve.

 

How to I get it to start. Help!!! Its stuck at the star where it shows HP with lines under it...……...then I got the error code.

 

I have a windows 10 home system

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

It seems like the print carriage is jammed. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Reset the printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure.
