Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Does this happen while copying too? Does this happen while printing from a certain application/document or all documents/applications?
Use the printer control panel to clean the ink cartridges, and then evaluate the results.
NOTE:To avoid issues that require cleaning, always turn the printer off with the Power button.

Load plain paper into the input tray.

On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Cartridges.

The printer performs the automated cleaning process and then prints a Print Quality Diagnostic page.

If the print quality is acceptable, you can stop troubleshooting.

If the print quality is unacceptable, touch OK for a Second-level Cleaning when prompted to continue the next level of cleaning.
NOTE:
If the ink cartridge nozzles are badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform both levels of cleaning again.

I bought new Hp printer 3830 all in one 4 days ago and i am having problem with printing.
As per page setting of Excel program printer should print the text at the middle of page but printer is printing at right or left side of page.

Thanks dear for replay here i am explaning in more detail and i have done your suggestion you u advise still i am facing same problem, pls note that I bought new HP 3830 all in one printer last week.
my problem when i am printing for example a MS excel file and i want the text to be in the center of page but printer is printing the text at right side page and there is more free space at the lift side of page. you are kindly requested please help to fix the issue i am very tired trying from last week to fix this issue i am still unsuccessful.
i have try to make the copy it was good and when i am printing word or excel from my this PC result is same ......printing more at right side and free space at left side.

Let's try to do a root uninstall and reinstall of the software:
Unplug any USB cable, if any, before doing this.
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo
14.) Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
15.) Restart the computer.
Once done, please download and install the software from here:

Thanks for reply pls note that there is no any problem with copy.
Only when i am printing from excel word or emails.
I have contact to Microsoft and they checked the PC throught the remote assistance and they said there is no problem with PC or applications.
I had try to print out from my another PC and founded the same problem from my both PC, so thats mean there is problem in the printer.
I have uninstalled the printer and reinstalled still problem is not solved.

Kindly b informed that i don't know much what you had explained.
What i did this i want to explain u......i have downloaded the hp printer software in my another PC and there is also same problem, and my both PC and printer connected with one net work through wireless not with cable.
So pls advise me what i have to do the next step.
I will be more thankfull to you if you could get me out from this trouble.
