It wont print .I have a Mac with Ventura 13.4. It is connected by cable to my printer, not wifi.Printer is an HP laser jet. The wireless icon keeps flashing blue. I changed the cartridge and the orange light went off but it still wont print.

I know it is the right cable because it used to work.

HP LaserJet 1300 (old, but has worked well for years on my MacBook Pro).  Green light on all the time, steady (not blinking), but will not print; jobs sit useless in queue (which says "Printing" (job#1 in queue), then changes to "printing - Waiting for printer to become available");  or "Ready To Print" (job #2 in queue) .  Have tested cable connections and rebooted my MacBook Pro.
