Product: officejet 4630

my printer says to load paper then click ok but the ok button and all the other buttons won't work. the only button that does anything is the power button turning it on and off. I have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and that did not work. I would try to factory reset it but I don't know how to. any help would be appreciated.
