Product: HP DeskJet 3637
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I attempt to print a document, it will only print the email address.  If the document has no email address, nothing is printed.  On Docs that have regular printing and email addresses only the email address will print.

 

I have the printer wired to my tower.

 

Any tips would be appreciated.

Does the email print in color?  My guess would be that black is not printing on your printer but color is printing properly.  Will the printer make color copies correctly but black copies are blank? 

 

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve black not printing properly on your Deskjet  3637.
