Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my printer won't print anymore. it stopped some time ago. there is no messages coming up to help. when it started playing up it gave me messages like invalid ink cartridges and no ink messages. The ink cartridges were the correct ones and were ok for ink. I even tried new ones with no result. I am not too computer savvy but have tried everything i can think of. my printer is only a year or so old. I have tried plugging the computer to the printer but that didn't work either. If anyone can help, i would appreciate it. Cheers, Cuttly
