Recent power outrage in my computer room. Now my wifi on  printer is off.  It is asking for a password. I don't know the password. HELP!!!  HP OfficeJet 4650.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

I assume you are trying to connect the printer to your wireless router.

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network > Restore network settings

Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard > Choose your network > Enter the wireless password.

 

Note: If you have forgotten your wireless password, refer to this document to know how to retrieve it.

 

If you do not have access to a wireless router, you may connect the printer and the PC via Wifi-Direct.

Refer to this document to know how to print using Wifi-Direct.

Note: The default password to Wifi-Direct is 12345678
