Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I keep having a problem with my printer.  We insalled a new driver, uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it.  This morning it printed two things for me.  WHen I hit the print button a third time, I got a message that it could not print.  Upon further investigation, the printer shows as offline.

As one solution I was told to set the wireless connection with the Wizard.  WHen I tried to set up the Wizard, it said, your printer is already set up.  Do you want to do that again?  

WHy does it spontaneously jump offline?

I would start by checking the firmware, the latest is 1830A.

You will find the info on the status page report.
