I also need help bypassing the setup cartridges and want to use the regular ink cartridges for a new printer. Thanks in advance.

A warm welcome to HP Community!

An OOBE(Out of box experience) reset is not available for HP Officejet 7110 printer. I'm afraid, you have to contact your regional HP Support to obtain setup ink cartridges. You may reach them from here.
