i need to update the printer purchase date for warranty purposes - the dispute link on the printer product page keeps giving an error "HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later."
have tried many times and cannot update the purchase date so the printer can be fixed under warranty

I see that there is a warranty dispute for your Printer and you were not able to dispute the warranty online.
