Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just bought a new Envy Inspire 7955e printer and the color is not printing correctly.

When I print the "Print Quality Diagnostic" page is not printing the Cyan or Light Cyan color.

And when I do an "Align Cartridges", it's telling me it is Unsuccessful.
