I have a new DELL WIndows 10 laptop and an existing Officejet Pro 8620 printer with a second paper tray. Office 2016 and Adobe Acrobat do not show Tray 2 as one of the paper sources. How do I get the software to recognize that there is a second paper tray? My Window 7 laptop does show a Tray 2 paper source and it has worked fine for almost a year.

The recommended solution did not work. I did solve the problem as follows:
in WINDOWS 10,
- from the START button (white window on left of task bar) select SETTINGS
- Select DEVICES
- Select PRINTERS AND SCANNERS
- Select HP8620 PRINTER
- Select MANAGE
- Select Printer Properties
- Select Device Settings Tab
- Under the Installable Options change Tray 2 to Installed
- Apply the changes
- Select OK
