Hi @Velosolex,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Verify Printer Connectivity

  • Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your network (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
  • Restart your router and printer to refresh the connection.
  • If using a USB connection, disconnect and reconnect the USB cable.
  • If using wireless, confirm the printer is connected to the correct network.

Check Print Queue and Restart Print Spooler

  • Open Settings, then go to Devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Select your HP OfficeJet Pro 8030 and click on Open queue.
  • Cancel any pending print jobs.
  • Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.
  • Scroll down to Print Spooler, right-click, and select Restart.
  • After restarting, try printing your document again.

Update Printer Drivers

  • Visit the HP Support Page for your HP OfficeJet Pro 8030.
  • Download and install the latest drivers for your printer.

Check Printer Settings

  • Open MS Office and go to File > Print.
  • Ensure the correct printer is selected.
  • Verify paper size, type, and other print settings.

Test Printing from Another Application

  • Open a different application (e.g., Notepad or another document type).
  • Try printing a test page.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

Repair MS Office Installation

  • Open Control Panel and go to Programs > Programs and Features.
  • Select Microsoft Office and click Change.
  • Choose Repair and follow the on-screen instructions.

Restart and Test Again

  • Restart both your computer and printer.
  • Try printing the MS Office document again.

I hope this helps.
