I have replaced the ink and even now it will not print black and some times color.It worked a few weeks ago but nothing now can someone help without spending more money on new ink

I have a hp envy 4520 printer scaner

Please print a Diagnostic Report and let me know if Black and Color are printing

 

  1. Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

  3. Touch Tools.

  4. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.

If the Diagnostic Page looks faulty, please follow the instructions in Steps 10 - 12 from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-envy-4520-all-in-one-printer-series/5447920/document/c047184... to clean the Printhead
