my customes has an officejet 4650. if i print a document with his macbook (mojave), the text is like dark blue instead of black. i have reinstalled the driver, update firmware and tried to print b/w, color, draft, fine but it is always the same.
i've installed this printer on my windows PC, and it prints text in black without issues. any idea how to fix this?

@vincenzone, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Is this an issue with all applications or one particular application that you're trying to print from?
This could be an issue with the print driver settings or the driver itself. We can try to isolate the issue by removing and adding the printer using AirPrint drivers-
Ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:
Remove and add the printer
Click the Apple menu, and then select System Preferences.
Depending on your operating system version, click Print & Fax, Print & Scan, or Printers & Scanners.
Click the name of your printer, click the Minus sign, and then delete the printer.
Click the Plus sign, and then click Add Printer or Scanner.
Click the Use or Print Using box, and then select AirPrint
Click Add to add the printer to the list.
Try to print.
If the issue persists, share the image of the printed document to further isolate the issue.
