Product: officejet 8610

Error says: "The printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed"

 

I tried rebooting, unplugging for 60 seconds.  I removed the printer cartridges and the cartridge housing.  I saw someone online take apart the inkjet housing and wioe off the mother board, but mine does not have screws, it has rivets that cannot be removed.
