Product: officejet pro 8020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 printhead error event code 62.80.13 running on Windows 10 64-bit. I worked fine until it sat for a few weeks and one of the cartridges leaked. Now it is offline and the printer display panel shows this message.
There is a problem with the printhead. Event code 62.80.13
I have cleaned the ink that leaked and cleaned all 4 ink cartridge openings. That has not helped. I don't believe the printhead on the 8020 is removable. None of the HP support documents I have found have helped. Any recommendations that save me from scrapping this printer and buying a new one would be appreciated.
Mike
