the printer had just printed a page and then I left it on standby for the afternoon and when I came back to it it was completely dead so I tried unplugging it for 60 seconds and restarting but it wont do anything please help as this is a replacement from HP as the original one I had had a printhead problem and is out of warranty can i get this repaired or collected for recycling

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

Hii Thanks for your reply The Link keeps going to

So i cannot do any troubleshooting and just end up with a non working printer I haven't changed anything just left it switched on and a couple of hours after a print it had nothing on the screen and no lights and wouldn't switch on this is  a replacement printer from HP as under warranty the original printer i bought went wrong and they sent a refurbished one that has had issues from the start and now they say is out of warranty 

so ill have to buy a new one

Hi Nirvana_95 the link worked but after trying all it said and having tried all the steps before it has made no difference it's dead and out of warranty so I am back to square 1

Thanks for replying maybe you can help me recycle it as it seems criminal to put it in landfill I would prefer it working and can't understand how it just died no one touched it
