Printer will not print, could it be that the printer shows offline and if so, then how do I get it back online?  Am 88 yrs old and not too tech savvy.

@gnap11, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that you are not able to print from your Win PC.

  • Restart the router, the printer, and the PC
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • Are you using the HP Smart app to print?

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, we will have reinstall the printer using its IP address.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
