officejetpro 8620 echec de l'imprimante

Bonjour,

suite à un changement de cartouche d'encre, un message est apparu :

" Échec de l'imprimante :

Incident de l'imprimante ou du système d'encrage. Eteignez, puis rallumez l'imprimante. Si le problème persiste, contactez HP. "

J'ai effectué la manœuvre à plusieurs reprises, j'ai aussi débranchè l'imprimante puis rallumée, aucun résultat.

J'ai analysé avec Smart Doctor, celui-ci ne trouve aucune anomalie.

Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution ? Je précise que j'utilise des cartouches non HP depuis des années, sans aucun problème. Cette imprimante a au minimum 8 ans, fin de vie ?
