Does your printer go offline when it gets shutdown?And if yes do u have to keep  it online for ur instant ink shipping to come?

@Ramim1, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

Yes, the printer should be online for the Instant Ink service to check the ink levels and send you replacements when required.

When the printer is shut down, all its features are also shut down. It will not be connected to the internet.

Once you power ON the printer, it reconnects to the internet and sends the data to the Instant Ink server.
