On HP support site i can not add a device using the serial number. When i try to add a device i get the error
"Something went wrong and the selected device cannot be added to the dashboard. Please try again later."

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name.
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
