HP OfficeJet 4650
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Need to move through numbers 123, & letters abc etc on small printer screen to enter security code for my new wireless modum. But can't put in 2 as an example, or put in b. Only 1, 2 or if move to next sequence 456, def etc.

@Ojsmurf, Welcome to HP Support Community!

In order to enter the desired alphabet, you need to keep tapping the key until that alphabet or number pops up on the screen.

For example, the first key has ABC

1) If you want to type A, tap the key once

2) If you want to type B, tap the key twice and so on

The same technique applies with numbers too.

You can use this video as reference, that'll help you in the wireless setup.

Let me know the outcome.

Cheers 🙂
