ordering return envelopes inkt cartridges for recycling

Where can I order return envelopes for the recycling of inkt cartriges?
I am at my last envelope - with an address in France, whereas I live in the Netherlands.

The HP websites are no use at all for this question; they refuse to recognize the question.

Scroll down after the map where it says:  "I am looking to" and select "Recycle".    Then select your country from the drop down.  Click on "HP Ink or Toner Cartridges".    I don't speak Dutch, but it looks like you are able to order return envelopes on this page.
