Hello Engrneil,

Kindly check if the Sensor in the Output bin is blocked. May be there is a packaging tape that is blocking it .

There are 2 sensors opposite on oppoiste sides. Below is the picture of the sensor.

First remove the output tray by pressing the notches ( oval shaped ) and then pulling it out.

You may clean both the sensors using a cue tip or lint free cloth. Install the Out put tray.

Now try printing and also check if the error shows up.

Let me know the result. 🙂

Jabzi

I also solved it with new printer by shutting down/rebooting both printer and desktop. Hope not to have to do it again.

I solved this issue by turning off the sensor in the printer settings. Go to "Settings", then "Preferences" and scroll down until you see "Output Sensor". Toggle off to turn off the feature.
