hi, ive tried every online soluition i have found and nothing has worked..... the printer is taking my paper through then the paper comes back out but stops with the a3 sheet hanging about 1 third out then stops and the paper jammed/out of paper flashes??? i can click the x (cancel button) and it carries on to bring the paper out then loads the next piece of paper and does exactly the same?? any help appreciated. thanks

Hello, 

 

I see that you have mentioned using A3 size paper.

However, this printer does not support A3 paper size.
