Paper Jam notification continues after jam was cleared.  Have tried all the recommended steps i.e., unpug, press on-off button, but the problem persists.

Hi, 

 

if all instructions about clearing paper jam has passed. but not solved... the a damaged belt into the printer could be the problem.

 

A damaged bel could start making a strange new sound from the printer when moving the rollers and then showing a paper jam message

 

take attention if there is a new strange sound coming from the left of the printer while moving the rollers before getting the paper jam message.
