Product: HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

I haven't been able to print on the HP photosmart 7520 e-All-in-one Printer for the past month.  I've restarted the printer and have checked the paper size.  I noticed that it will only print on the Neenah premium cardstock paper that I have *for some reason) and not on the regular Hammermill copy plus plain paper.  What could be the issue? Printing everything on cardstock paper is absurd.  I need this fixed! I've followed the troubleshooting recommendation for paper size mismatch already and restarted it.
