paper tray error

Hi, printer connected to my wi fi but wont print as error states my paper drawer is not shut but it is.  have closed printer down at least 20 times, cleaned rollers etc, reloaded new paper, but light is still yellow on the right and yellow light right across the printer.  have been on this for hours now and losing the will to live!
