Product: hp7520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot get my HP 7520 printer to print from the photo tray.  I have gone into printer properties and made sure letter tray and photo tray have been selected.  Still no luck.  It feels and acts like a setting somewhere, but I don't know where else to look

@melody3321, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

On the 7520 there are two areas that need to filled in, Printing Preferences & Printing Properties.

Did you select the correct size in the Printer Properties > Device Settings > Photo Tray:?

These settings should always print to the Photo Tray.
