I have a Photosmart 110a Wireless Printer. It connected fine to my old network but I have recently installed a new wifi router. Now it will not connect using the WPS password protected process via the Wireless Connection Wizard on the printers LCD screen. I have downloaded all software updates on my laptop and have connected it to the printer via USB. I can print using the USB but cannot get the wireless feature to work at all. It recognizes the wifi network, the password is spelled correctly, but it will not connect.

Hello @CT110

Thanks for the update! I would like to jump in with a suggestion 🙂

Since you are able to connect the printer using the USB cable and is printing well, I would suggest converting the USB printer to wireless. Follow the steps below:

  1. On your Windows 7 PC, click on Start button - All programs
  2. Scroll down on the list and locate the "HP" folder
  3. You will find the "HP Photosmart D110" folder - Open and then select "Device setup & software"
  4. Select the option which says "Convert a USB printer to wireless"
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Alternatively, you can check http://hp.care/2**bleep**4tO for more steps to get the printer connected to the network.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

Good luck 🙂
