photosmart 8150 pirtures not printing out in full color. some colors look faded like shadow effect

photosmart 8150 not printing full color for pictures.  example may print full color on red or blak but a faded looking green and yellow. depends on picture that is printing. just missing ful color on all of picture some solid some faded like or gives the obscured appearance/ have done hp support suggestions on test page print.. everything ok. clean heads etc. everything appears ok so whats next?  printer works fine otherwise. pics i tried to print from computer by usb and also from memory stick same results. help. hardware issue?  don't have cd for hp software download so is that maybe issue? is there somewhere i can maybe download hp software for photosmart 8150?

The printer driver for HP Photosmart 8150 Photo Printer is not available on the HP Support site. You may install the printer using Windows built-in driver.

Refer to this document to know how.

Check the print settings on the PC

Refer to this document. Select the print quality to 'Best' or 'Normal' and try printing. This can be found under 'Print quality and improvement settings' on the attached document.
