I just purchased a HP Smart Tank 7302 Wireless All-in-One Ink Tank Printer, for my Nephew, who is getting in to medical school, and needs a reliable printer, scanner with plenty of Ink, and this model seemed to be the best features and you get enough ink for a couple of years through Costco. But just after a month of use, the printer kept turning off, lights kept flashing , I found out this is due to the power cord is loose, I am using tape to hold it in place, as it starts printing often the power goes out. do I have to return this? or do you have a fix? would a new power cord fix the issue, or is the issue with the connection on the printer itself?
Also had a couple of instances of paper jamming inside, and light flashing took multiple efforts to reset the printer.
is there a local service center neat 90505 zip code in southern California, Los Angeles County , I could take the printer to for repair and or replacement?
Thank you
