Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012

I can not install software for 6970 series on my OfficeJet pro 6978.

In pop-up window shown: The Operating System of this computer is not supported.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Windows Server 2012 is not compatible with this Printer. Please find the product specifications under "System Requirements":

However, you can try using the Windows built-in driver: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01796879
