have done a print mech button tap on the printer which shows an error on the colour cartridge of error 16, can you tell me what that means thank you

@keithh12, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following:

  • Did you make any changes to the printer recently?
  • What is the exact error message on the printer? Share the snapshot of the same.
  • Did you try using the printer in single-cartridge mode? Try removing the color ink and make a copy using black only.
