Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

since i bought my 3050 deskjet printer in 2013, i never cleaned it, so i made it for the first time some days ago, and ok the next print works fine, but yesterday when i was printing, the impression came out of the printer with errors which i dont know what i could have done wrong to cause this situation, can you help me to solve it, what could it be?WhatsApp Image 2020-03-05 at 2.47.03 PM.jpeg

Change the black cartridge.
