I have Envy 4520 when printing a very simple Word document with a basic line drawing the print preview looks fine but the actual print gets truncated right and bottom

I tried variuos suggestions, and did the scan as suggested to correct any errors, but did not fix the problem, but then went back to my first idea and saved as a PDF which prints ok.
the problem is not fixed but I am happy to use the PDF workaround as I have no more time to keep trying solutions but the workaround is acceptable.
I use a word version for editing and save a copy as PDF to print - this is ok as I know it will work
Thank you

Remove the "simple line drawing" and then use Insert (as opposed to copy / paste) to place the drawing back into the Word Document.
Right-Click on the drawing (after it is Inserted) > Adjust the size to fit within the document's margins.

When yu check on the configuration also check the print preview if it gives you the right fix.. also see this http://www.digitekprinting.com/digital-copy-center to know some tips.

Thank you for that suggestion, I have checked it out and inserted the line drawing, however although the text above prints correctly the image is still truncated right and bottom even though it is smaller than text above and well within the margins

Some Ideas (results may be dependent on version of Office):
Check your line spacing above and below -- set to single.
Reference:
Manage Print Output with Print Preview
Section:
- Word Images / Art / Words are Chopped
See the extra reference document:
Word Tip: Inserted Picture in Word is Cut Off by Preceding and Following Paragraphs
If the image is the last thing in the file, ensure it is inside the footer -- or edit the footer to accomodate the image.
- Edit Word Header / Footer (Word 2010)
Set the document to narrow margins and see if that makes a difference.

I have tried a number of suggestions, but still truncating picture right and bottom
- the text above and below which is wider than inserted image prints ok
- It looks correct on the print preview
- All spacing changed to single
- Changed to inserting rather than cut and paste
- Prints correctly on my Dell printer so don't think it is document structure
- Picture is smaller, well within text
- I have tried making picture smaller, but it always truncated the same portion of picture right and bottom
- Another older document prints ok on Dell printer but also truncates bottom and right on HP
