Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, recently my printer only partially prints out some some items. For example, if I want to print something with a bar code in it, it will print other material but NOT the bar code on a coupon. I have run the print/scan doctor which found no issues. It will print a test page just fine though. I am at a loss here. It is set up wirelessly, but can add the usb connection directly to computer, when I try that, the same result. Help please. Thanks you!

Are these documents a PDF or are you printing directly from a webpage? Connection method should make no difference unless your computer installs a different driver when you connect via USB.

Hi, am trying to print from a web page, and try to print documents from a web page. The print looks washed out now, color fading, and nothing prints in the body. I will also mention this problem started with the installing of windows 11 version 22h2, so I took that off, tried printing again, and it still doesn't print.....started a new topic about the whole problem just now.

I have exactly the same problem.....print problems started when I went to try to print, in windows version 22H2 which I downloaded and installed,  got blanks sheets with that version installed, so I took it off, and tried to print, still could not print anything. Blank sheets. Spent 3 hours with tech support from HP last week. NO resolution. Spent 2 hours+ with microsoft windows tech support, no solution to the problem yet..........incredibly frustrated! Now if I try to print say financials from my credit union, only get a washed out heading, and in the body of the print , NOTHING. Will print financials in microsoft word from what I recall, then it will print in that setting. Otherwise seems to print test sheets fine, run all kind of scans, "no issues found." Incredibly frustrating. Run HP scan DR. repeatedly, no issues found. HP Tech said many times, " its not the printer." Thats what they are claiming. Cache cleaned out as well. Tried anything and everything.

the biggest problem is trying to print e statements from my credit union, otherwise, it seems to print ok off web page so far from what I can tell, have seen. Microsoft Tech. Support was able to print these financials from Word, and word only, otherwise, there is a header at the top in faded blue, with nothing in the body.
