Hi everybody.
I have some problem with my printer. The quality is quite poor and the words are blurry - not clear. I have already cleaned the printer with HP DeskJet 3700 series App and HP Print and Scan Doctor App... but it still doesn't work well.
The Ink is new and original hp.
Find attachted the Print example.
Could you please help me with it? thanks in advance

Hi,
Try aligning the print cartridges first and check if that resolves the problem, see Step 2: Align the ink cartridges below:
If the problem persists, clean the cartridges and check if you may see any difference then, see Step 5: Clean the ink cartridges below:

This could be a bad ink cartridge.
Could you please print and share a printer status report by pressing and holding the Cancel button till the power light starts blinking?
Please share it privately via a Private Message, click the top envelope icon and then the New Message icon to compose a PM.
