Hi @TIMAFF,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're experiencing issues with your HP printer. If your printer is not printing after a factory reset, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check Printer Connections:

    • Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. Check the cables or wireless settings.

  2. Reinstall Printer Drivers:

    • Go to the Official HP® Support and download the latest drivers for your printer model. Uninstall the current drivers, and then install the latest drivers.

  3. Clear Print Queue:

    • Ensure that there are no stuck jobs in the print queue. You can clear them by opening the "Devices and Printers" in your computer’s Control Panel, right-clicking on your printer, and selecting "See what’s printing." If there are any stuck jobs, cancel them.

  4. Set the Correct Printer as Default:

    • Ensure that your printer is set as the default printer. Go to "Devices and Printers", right-click on your printer and select "Set as default printer".

  5. Perform a Power Reset:

    • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about a minute, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
