print queue issues

How to correct print queues as my HP Smart tank 6001 has flashing light.  I have removed and reinstall printer, and turned off and on.  computer is window 11

Use the following to diagnose and correct --

 HP DeskJet, ENVY 6000, 6400 - Blinking lights and error codes

For example, from Section Light patterns

Light bar blinks amber fast

The light bar blinks amber and the printer LEDs blink fast. This occurs when there is a serious printer error.

1. With the printer on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

3. Wait 60 seconds.

4. Reconnect the power cord to the printer, and then plug the power cord directly into a wall outlet.

I have unplug, reconnect, checked internet and I am getting frustrated

The example was just that -- an example for flashing amber light.

I am sorry it was not useful.

There are other reasons why things don't work.

Check through the list, I think -- try to find something that matches what you are seeing on the little printer control panel.

If I think of something that might be useful, I will post back.
