printer HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 shows error code 0XB88423EE while turning on , what does it mean? also it doesn't let nether connect to web-interface nor print anything

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I understand that you are getting error code 0XB88423EE. I'd like to help!

 

Ensure to connect the printer directly to a wall outlet, with no surge protector.

Pull the Trays, look for any jam or foreign material, remove them, then reinstall the Trays correctly. They should snap in correctly.

Open the Cartridge door, remove each cartridge one by one and reinstall correctly.

Ensure the printer is placed on a flat solid surface.

This error means, that sometimes it could be broken firmware or hardware.
