My printer cable stopped working, I tried to connect it with a different cable but it keeps blinking the ink lights, the however is that the inks are new and  even so the ink lights are still flashing

Hi @Rafael00,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your HP Tango X printer cable. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check the cable connections: Ensure that both ends of the cable are securely plugged into the printer and your computer or other device. Sometimes, cables can become loose over time, so it's worth double-checking the connections.
  • Replace the cable: If you suspect that the cable is faulty, try using a different USB cable to connect your printer to your computer. Make sure the new cable is compatible with your printer model.
  • Test with another device: Connect your printer to a different computer or device using the same cable. This will help determine whether the issue lies with the printer or the cable itself. If the printer works fine with another device, the problem may be related to the initial computer or device you were using.
  • Restart devices: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Restart your computer or device as well as the printer, then try connecting them again.
  • Update printer drivers: Ensure that you have the latest drivers installed for your HP Tango X printer. Visit the official HP support website and search for the drivers specific to your printer model. Download and install any available updates, then try connecting the printer again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
