Can't fix error 0x6100004a then 0x61000049


HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer
Product # T0F28A
Model # 6960

 

Perpetually has an error that reads:

Printer Failure

There is a problem with the printer or print system. Turn the printer Off, the On. If you continue to get this message, contact HP. 

 

then will either show 0x6100004a or 0x61000049.

 

Please help!
