Product: hp oj 6954 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

printer is only 10 months old and having a printer error of 0x6100004a and can reset,what can I do,the warranty expires in may 2020

I see that the printer is in an error state. I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document  '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays to resolve the issue.

 

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. 

 

Since the printer is still in warranty,  reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/replacement.
